• reduces the risk of caries by 65%;

• increases the life of fillings;
• reduces the probability of occurrence of secondary caries;
• normalizes the mucous membrane of the mouth and gums;
• reduces the hypersensitivity of teeth;
• treats caries in the stage of the spot.
As you know, the tooth enamel is the most durable fabric in the body, which consists of protein frame and tightly "packed" mineral crystals. Acid balance affects on the enamel health: when pH is acidic, the acid penetrates in the enamel prisms and flushes out calcium. As a result the cracks and micropores appear in the tooth. Such loss of enamel can not withstand any mechanical, thermal or bacterial attack and we have increased abrasion of enamel, hypersensitivity or caries.
This is the process of demineralization, or an initial (but reversible) caries. Demineralization is observed in 70% of the population of Ukraine. The cause of a mass phenomenon is the lack of centralized water fluoridation and the endogenous prevention. Saturation process and strengthen the enamel with calcium, phosphorus, fluorine is called remineralization. One of the most popular method for remineralization is fluoridation.

Simple fluoridation is a saturation of enamel surface with fluoride preparation. After simple fluorination there aren’t deposition of calcium fluoride in a depth of enamel. Relatively speaking, the molecules of these substances are too large to penetrate deeply. They remain on the surface, where it is easy to clean them off with the usual toothbrush. There is an effect of simple fluoridation, but only to the first meal or brushing teeth. For prevention or after removal of dental plaque that is enough. But to nourish enamel tissue with calcium and fluoride is not enough.

Dental clinic "TRI-NITI" offers deep enamel fluoridation - the restoration of enamel which allows maximum saturation of enamel with fluoride ions and these ions are not fixed on the tooth surface, they are inside the enamel between the enamel prisms, where fluoride is deposited in the form of complicated complex compounds.
For this purpose, we use "Enamel - sealing liquid".
This preparation consists of 2 liquids. Their consistent application forms submicroscopic crystal inside tooth enamel. In addition, there is silica gel, which coats the particles of fluoride and protects them against mechanical impact. They remain in the pores within a few months (six months to 2 years) and constantly produce fluorine ions, which provide active remineralization of enamel, strengthening its by 10 times.
High concentrations of fluoride ions and copper protects the tooth from cariogenic bacteria, and thanks to the sequence of the two drugs is not toxic in contrast to simple fluorides. This tool has no contraindications and side effects. In order to prevent tooth decay enough to use the drug 1-2 times a year, and for the treatment of hypersensitivity of tooth enamel - every 3-4 months. Especially effective is its use in children during period of the change of teeth. The tooth erupts immature, with poorly mineralized enamel and the process of "ripening" lasts for approximately 2 years. That’s why these teeth are easily affected by caries, and it spreads very rapidly.

Another two periods, when there is an extremely high degree of activity of dental caries - are adolescence and pregnancy. Because of the rapid growth of the body need for mineral elements, sharply increases and hormonal changes leads to increased viscosity of saliva, and, consequently, enhanced the formation of plaque. Therefore, the additional protection of enamel at this time is a must. |
