As you know, the tooth enamel is the most durable fabric in the body, which consists of protein frame and tightly "packed" mineral crystals. There is an effect of simple fluoridation, but only to the first meal or brushing teeth. For    prevention or after removal of dental plaque that is enough. But  to nourish enamel tissue with calcium and  fluoride is not enough.
