Internal (inside the coronal) tooth whitening is produced on the side of the pulp chamber. The technique is based on removing the old filling material, applying a thin insulating pad of glass-ionomer cement (to protect the sealed root canal), filling the pulp chamber with bleaching composition and install a temporary seal.

After 3-5 days the temporary filling is removed and the procedure is repeated.

After reaching the desired color the continuously filling with the required shade is put.
