Adhesive prosthesis is an effective innovative method of substitution of one-two absent teeth without grinding of supporting teeth.
Adhesive prosthetic device consists of supporting elements (insets or protective straps) and intermediate part - traditional prosthetic appliance of tooth, made from a compo or porcelain. The supporting elements of  adhesive prosthetic device are fixed on the masticatory surface of teeth in geared-up cavities by the special laminants (adhesives).  

Advantages of adhesive prosthetic:
а) less degree of boring of supporting teeth as compared to traditional teeth boring under crowns;
b) notedly less cost as compared to classic prosthesis;
c) maintainance of viability of supporting teeth pulpa;
d) absence of allergic reactions on the metal;
e) durability, not yielding to the ceramet constructions;
f) possibility of repair and modification of the already executed restoration;

g) possibility of choice of other treatment methods (implantation).

Basic indications to the adhesive prosthetic :
а) insignificant defects of front and lateral teeth  in a dental row (no more than 1-2 lost teeth);
b) young age of patient;
c) presence of cardiovascular diseases or carried heart attack, complicate a traditional prosthesis.

There is no need to use ceramet bridges on three units for substituting  single included defects neither from the medical nor from economic points of view, especially, when supporting teeth are intact (living).

Adhesive prosthetic device was perceived by stomatologies as temporal construction. However, modern materials allow to talk about a long-time using of the construction. A  patient should only observe a hygiene, and also avoid the active eating of too hard food.
